Szukalem pracy, gdzie móglbym sie rozwijac. Po przejsciu procesu rekrutacyjnego nie bylem pewien, czy praca w tej firmie to cos dla mnie. Po 3 tygodniach polecialem na konferencje do Dusseldorfu i tam sobie zdalem sprawe, jak duza to firma i jakie sa przede mna perspektywy. Od tamtej pory kazdy dzien niesie ze soba wyzwanie, nauczylem sie zarzadzac soba i innymi, motywowac osoby, które szkole i zyskalem entuzjastyczne podejscie do firmy. Dzieki ogromnemu wsparciu ze strony innych biur, szkoleniu i strukturze w firmie mysle, ze moge zrealizowac moje cele zawodowe i osiagnac sukces.

Wlasnie skonczylam studia na Uniwersytecie Warszawskim...
“Po ukonczeniu studiów mialam pracowac jako tlumacz, ale zdecydowalam sie poszukac pracy, która bylaby dla mnie wyzwaniem i oferowalaby mi szanse rozwoju. Na poczatku mojej pracy w GQ bardzo sie cieszylam, ze mam szanse zdobyc doswiadczenie w miedzynarodowej firmie. Po kilku tygodniach pracy stwierdzilam jednak, ze koncept firmy sie nie sprawdzi w Polsce. Szybko sie przekonalam, jak bardzo sie mylilam. Otworzylismy tu 8 biur a ja szybko awansowalam od Recruitment Specialist do PA a nastepnie do roli osoby zarzadzajacej administracja w kraju. Nauczylam sie bardzo wiele i caly czas sie ucze, co daje mi poczucie, ze jest tyle jeszcze przede mna.”
